All mailed registrations must be post marked by the advance deadline date of Monday,May 17, 2010, to be eligible for the applicable rate. Purchase order payments must be received by Monday, May 17, 2010, or the registration will be cancelled.
Students must present their current student ID at registration. Students are only qualified for the bring-a-student program if sponsored by a member or non-member paying the full registration fee. The full participant must register a student under the Bring-A-Student Registration guidelines below. Only one student per full paid registrant is allowed.
Spouses/guests and children must be registered for the conference to participate in conference sessions and events.
Tickets to all division social events, as well as the Society-wide picnic and the ASEE Annual Awards Banquet will be sold a la carte this year. You do NOT need to be a registered participant to purchase these social event tickets. Please see on-line registration for information on ticket pricing.
The industry day rate is only available to members of industry who otherwise would not have attended the ASEE Annual Conference. ASEE members are not eligible.
Please Note: The Spouse/Guest Hospitality Suite will not be offered at the Annual Conference.
You MUST be a registered participant in order to participate in ASEE Sunday Workshops.
Give a student at your university the chance to experience the 2010 ASEE Annual Conference & Exposition. Each full conference registrant will have the opportunity to bring one student to the conference at no additional charge. This complimentary student registration includes admission to the technical sessions, exposition, and annual reception on Wednesday evening; allows students to register for all events; and includes the conference bag/program/proceedings. Purchase Orders must be paid by Monday, May 17 , 2010 or registration will be cancelled. Cancellation of registrations and all ticketed events must be received in writing before the close of registration on Wednesday, May 19, 2010. A $50 processing fee will apply to all registration cancellations. Refunds will not be made for no-shows or for requests received after the close of registration. No exceptions will be made!

All technical sessions, business meetings (except where otherwise listed), meal events, the exposition and workshops will be held at the Kentucky International Convention Center. The Annual Awards Reception and Banquet will be held in the Louisville Marriott Downtown. The Annual Picnic will be held at Louisville Slugger Field. Technical sessions and the Exposition are open to all full-paid member or nonmember conference registrants.
Please Note: The pre-plenary breakfast will not be offered at the Annual Conference. We invite you to join us in Exhibit Halls 2C and 2D for the Focus on Exhibits food and beverage events, which are complimentary for all registered attendees. To learn more, please visit the Exposition Highlights.
Ticket Sales
To order tickets for workshops, meal functions and special events, please visit the ASEE registration http://www.asee.org/conferences/annual/2010/Registration.cfm. Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that on-site ticket sales close the day before the event takes place. Be sure to register early, as space is limited. Tickets bought on-site will be assessed a $10 on-site charge.
